Hello, my name is Ayesha Munir Thakur, and I’m the Sustainability Student Representative at OCADU. I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Graphic Design.

Born and raised in Kuwait with Indian and Egyptian roots, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and to supporting meaningful sustainability initiatives across our campus community.

I joined OCADSU to help make sustainability more accessible, visible, and student-centred. As your Sustainability Representative, I aim to promote greener practices, advocate for student needs, and foster opportunities for learning and collaboration. I’m excited to work together to build a more mindful, sustainable, and supportive community at OCADU.
