Hi! I’m Charles Cao, the Event Coordinator at OCAD SU.

Much of my previous work has focused on event coordination, creative entrepreneurship, and community building. From 2023 to 2025, I founded and served as Creative Lead of MUTUAL COLLECTIVE, where I helped organize artist markets, exhibitions, workshops, and community events that brought together hundreds of creators and thousands of attendees across Toronto.

I’ve also been involved in other creative ventures in administrative and creative leadership roles, gaining experience across event planning, branding, partnerships, logistics, and marketing.

As Event Coordinator, I hope to bring that experience to OCAD SU by creating more opportunities for student engagement, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and cross-pollination across the broader OCAD U community.

If you have an event idea or suggestion, feel free to send me an email or schedule a chat!
